LONG RUNNING QUERY AGAINST COLUMN ORGANIZED TABLES CANNOT BE INTERRUPTED |

| Problem description: |
In certain cases, long running queries against column organized
tables cannot be interrupted using a FORCE APPLICATION command.
The fix itself adds more breathing point interrupt checks into a
loop so that it can detect the interrupt and halt the query. |
