| Problem description: |
In v101 , we need additional check in upgrade code (Coral to
v101 code path) to construct runstats commands for valid
runstats profiles.
This will help for any such future problems for other customers
who might run into it. We should be able to provide such
customers with SB which will provide them quick relief. For the
