CLUSTER CACHING FACILITY FAILS TO START |

| Problem description: |
This issue is a result of failure of dlopen on vios, where there
is a library (libviocmnotify.a) that gets opened while opening
CF libraries.
The pureScale cluster will not be able to start the Cluster
Caching Facility. |
