ROLLFORWARD FAILS WITH SQL1042C / "DMS Database Termination: Fix count
!= 0"

Problem description:
(After a successful redirect restore.) The ROLLFORWARD command 
might fail with SQL1042C and you will see "DMS Database 
Termination: Fix count != 0" in the db2diag.log.
