POSSIBLE CRASH (SEGV/ABORT) IN SQLDFORMATLOBLONGCOL() WITH LOAD FROM CURSOR ON TABLE WITH LOB AND CODESET CONVERSION |

| Problem description: |
It is possible for the engine to crash with segv when loading
LOB that require code page conversion between the source db and
target db. Typical statement would be:
- db2 connect to db1 with code page A
- db2 declare cursor db2 (with code page B) for select * from
tab
- db2 load from cursor insert into tab
The crash will happen with the following stack:
