If there were lots of uncommitted transactions when either manual online back up was issued or online auto backup was performed, then you may see the warning message like below in 2 hours occasionally in db2diag.log: 2012-10-16-02.07.11.152252-240 I2083621A402 LEVEL: Warning PID : 24117308 TID : 1047 PROC : db2acd INSTANCE: db2inst1 NODE : 000 EDUID : 1047 EDUNAME: db2acd FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, database utilities, sqluiirc, probe:150 DATA #1 : <preformatted> Active Log file '0' is smaller then Log File used in Last Backup '167'.
