DB2DIAG.LOG IS FILLED WITH -443 WARNING MESSAGES

Problem description:
This scenario can occur when we are trying to call 
UTL_FILE.FREMOVE with Invalid Path. Applying this APAR will 
remove the extra info in db2diag.log
