While creating and compiling Packages on DB2 V10.1 Fixpack 2 we
may receive following error
?db2ins.ACCOUNT: 0: The SQL statement or command failed because
of a database system error. (Reason "".). SQLCODE=-901,
SQLSTATE=58004, DRIVER=4.13.111
