Problem IC98212 Status: Closed

CURRENT TIMEZONE SPECIAL REGISTER MAY GIVE WRONG RESULT ON SUN PLATFORM
BEING ACCESSED CONCURRENTLY.

Problem description:
The problem is only reproducible on Sun platform due to specific 
management of "timezone" global variable which may be changed 
intermittently.
