DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

The granularity ( precise ) of AvgPoolReadTime, AvgDirReadTime, 
AvgPoolWriteTime and AvgDirWriteTime in db2top background mode 
for database metrics ( e.g. db2top -d <dbname> -b d ) 
is only millisecond, so it won't be able show the granularity 
less than 1 millisecond. 
Intention of this APAR is to extend granularity to microsecond ( 
the measure unit will still be millisecond, the micro value will 
be shown by three decimal places after dot: e.g. 0.224 ms, 9.150 
ms )
