HADR STANDBY DOESN'T DUMP FLIGHT RECORDERS DURING ABNORMAL SHUTDOWN OF DATABASE
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problem description: | |
DB2 V10.5 has a problem determination feature that tracks important events concerning log replay during database recovery (including HADR standby log replay). It is enabled by default. This information is automatically dumped out on significant error, such as DB2 running into a trap. However, this information is not dumped automatically when HADR standby encounters a fatal error that caused the standby database to be shut down abnormally. The fix is to dump out this information during the abnormal shutdown of database.
