VISUAL STUDIO ENTITY DATA MODEL WIZARD MIGHT NOT SHOW ISERIES TYPE L AND
TYPE P TABLES

Problem description:
With Visual Studio 2012 the Entity Data Model Wizard might show 
only those table objects on an iSeries database server 
of Type T (SQL tables) and not those of Type L (Logical files) 
or Type P (Physical files).

Local Fix:
A possible workaround is to do the following sequence of 
actions: 
1) Uninstall DB2 and the Visual Studio Add-Ins 
2) Uninstall Visual Studio 2012 
3) Install Visual Studio 2010 
4) Install Visual Studio 2012 
5) Install DB2 and the Visual Studio Add-Ins

DB2 Cancun Release 10.5.0.4 (also known as Fix Pack 4) for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
DB2 Version 10.5 Fix Pack 9 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
