INGEST UTILITY: ERROR SQL2038N WHEN A DISTRIBUTION KEY COLUMN TYPE IS A UDT

Problem description:
When running the ingest utility in a DPF environment on a table 
whose distribution key contains a user-defined type (UDT), the 
utility will fail with message SQL2038N  "A database system 
error "" occurred during processing."

Local Fix:
Modify the table so that none of the distribution key columns is 
a user-defined type (UDT).
