DB2PD -MEMBLOCK PID=<DB2SYSC PID> MAY FAIL WITH PDPROCGETMEMMAP RC = 1
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
Problem description: | |
In Linux platforms executing the db2pd -memblock <pid> can return pdProcGetMemMap rc = 1 for the instances with large number of databases. This can happen when the number of segments in the /proc/pid/maps output exceed 4000. This APAR will address this issue by increasing the limit to a larger value.
