Problem description:
In Linux platforms  executing the db2pd -memblock <pid>  can 
return 
pdProcGetMemMap rc = 1 
for the instances with large number of databases. 
 
This can happen when the number of segments in the 
/proc/pid/maps  output exceed 4000. 
 
This APAR will address this issue by increasing the limit to a 
larger value.
