Problem description:
Under specific very high workload situations, function 
stmmPCfindSimVar can consume a large amount of CPU time. 
 
Configuration settings to trigger this behavior: 
* STMM enabled or disabled 
* PCKCACHESZ set to AUTOMATIC 
 
This APAR will help to reduce CPU usage of function 
stmmPCfindSimVar.
