DB2 - Problem description

ON WINDOWS, AN ADMIN MESSAGE MAY BE LOGGED IN DB2DIAG.LOG AND WI NDOWS
EVENT LOG WITH DIFFERENT LEVEL

Problem description:
On Windows,an admin message may be logged in db2diag.log and 
Window event log with different Level. 
 
For example, db2diag.log was recorded LEVEL: Info. 
However, event log was recorded as LEVEL: Error.
