CLI APPLICATION CRASHES DUE TO ARRAY INPUT FLAG FAILS TO RESET IN CLI LAYER WHILE CLI APPLICATION PERFORMS ARRAY INPUT. |

| Problem description: |
Array input flag fails to reset in CLI_SQLExecute function while
doing array insert,
resulting in trap for sqljrGenFdoOff() for the subsequent
non-array input scenario.
CLI application using array inputs for compound SQL crashes with
following stack:
