.NET DRIVER CRASHES WITH FOLLOWING ERROR IN A MULTI-THREADED PROGRAM NAMED ORCAS.EXE USING MULTI ROW INSERT FEATURE: Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory.
