BLOCK FETCH MAY CAUSE ENGINE CRASH WHEN DB2FMP TERMINATES ABNORMALLY

Problem description:
Federated block Fetch may cause engine crash when db2fmp 
terminates abnormally. The problem only happens when the user 
are running fenced wrapper.
