JAVA.SQL.RESULTSET.GETTIMESTAMP() DOES NOT HAVE OPTION FOR USER OVERRIDE OF
DEFAULT CALENDAR OBJECT TO SET TIME ZONE

Problem description:
java.sql.ResultSet.getTimestamp() defaults to Unix TZ value. 
User should have an override option to set the time zone.
