DB2 SNAPSHOT SHOWS "FAILED STATEMENT OPERATIONS = 2"

Problem description:
When executing SYSPROC.WLM_SET_CLIENT_INFO the following is 
observed: 
 
The process ended successfully, but the db2 snapshot brings this 
information: 
 
Number of SQL requests since last commit = 0 
Commit statements = 1 
Rollback statements = 0 
Dynamic SQL statements attempted = 3 
Static SQL statements attempted = 1 
Failed statement operations = 2 
Select SQL statements executed = 0 
Xquery statements executed = 0 
 
This is due to some dummy SQL that was run inside, which is 
corrected by this APAR.
