DB2 TRAP IN SQLNQ_HANDLE_MODULE_OBJ_REF WHEN RUNNING CREATE PROCEDURE

Problem description:
A trap will be generated in sqlnq_handle_module_obj_ref when 
Create Procedure is run which contains a UDI statement for which 
an inlined trigger exists and the trigger, in turn, calls a 
module routine. The trigger needs to have been invalidated for 
the trap to occur e.g. by changing the data type of a column.

Local Fix:
Run 'call sysproc.admin_revalidate_db_objects' on the trigger to 
revalidate it prior to running the Create Procedure command.
