IN RARE CASES, A QUERY CAN RETURN INCOMPLETE RESULTS FROM A COLUMN
ORGANIZED TABLE.

Problem description:
There is a small chance that all qualifying tuples may not be 
returned to the user. 
 
In some cases, an assertion can happen with the following text: 
"AssertionFailedException: An assertion 
'(mCurrentStartTSN.getAsInteger() + tsnCount) <= 
(pInsertRange->getLastUsedTSN().getAsInteger() + 1)' failed. 
Additional info: TSN does not exist. "
