DBSCHEMA WILL NOT DISPLAY OWNER NAME ON PROCEDURE WHEN PROCEDURE WAS
CREATED WITH ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE NODEFDAC SET TO YES

Problem description:
Dbschema will not display owner name on procedure when procedure 
was created with the environment variable NODEFDAC set to yes. 
 
This occurs on the revoke execute statements.
