Problem description:
DB2 instance can crash when accessing the XML document in 
packState__15XmlrnSerializerFPUcUi .The problem is 
caused by a memory block being overwritten. DB2 trap will have 
same top functions in a stack as given below. The crash is 
caused due to a limited buffer to hold rpc data necessary.
