CAN'T ALLOCATE MORE THAN 3G VIRTUAL SEGMENT ON WINDOWS 64BIT SERVER
DURING STARTUP

INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description:
When configure SHMVIRTSIZE larger than 3G, Informix can only 
allocate 3G virtual memory segment on Windows 64bit server 
during startup, but later you can use "onmode -a" to add a new 
virtual segment.
