STARTING THE DB2 SERVICE USING NET START WILL NOT UPDATE SYSADM/SYSCTRL/SYSMAINT/SYSMON_GROUP PARAMETERS |

| Problem description: |
During update the sysadm/sysctrl/sysmaint/sysmon_group
parameters, db2 config code need to do some step in db2start
to actually update the those parameters. Since the db2 service
is not started by db2start, those step never got run and DB2
never pick up the new value . Once the db2 service is started by
db2start, DB2 will start picking up the new values. |
