DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2

In a high availability environment where VCS is used as a 
cluster manager, the "monitor" script can sometimes erroneously 
return with exit code 100, indicating that DB2 is offline when 
in reality it is online. This causes the DB2 instance to be 
stopped and restarted by the cluster manager.
