Performance enhancement for a single partition table in a DPF environment. |

| Problem description: |
Performance issue may be found in an environment if following
conditions are true:
1. The environment is run in Database Partitioning Feature (DPF)
mode
2. All referenced tables in the execution are local.
2. Two way join where one table has replicated
Materialized Query Table (MQT) on non-coordinator node
3. Two-way join with MQT partitioned where partial data is
in coordinator node |
