SLOW PERFORMANCE FROM CLI BASED LOAD |

| Problem description: |
CLI based load may experience significantly reduced performance
on V10.5. The impact may be greater, if multiple concurrent CLI
based loads are being run. The stacks for the load EDUs may be
similar (but not always the same) to the following, which can be
an indicator that this issue is being hit:
