Problem description:
In a combined ER primary target with an attached HDR secondary 
on the ER target occasionally 
assert fails with "Error during recovery left index 
inconsistent" messages. Afterward the indicated 
index is bad on the HDR secondary. On the HDR primary and the ER 
primary no errors occur.
