DATABASE SHUTS DOWN DURING ROLLBACK TO AN EXTERNAL SAVEPOINT IF AN IOE
PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECREATED IN THE TRANSACTION

Problem description:
Rollback to an external savepoint would lead to database shut 
down if the package associated with an Index on Expression has 
been recreated since the external savepoint was declared.
