MAY RECEIVE SQL1822N WITH ERROR MESSAGE HY014 CLI0129E WHEN CREATING
NICKNAME ON MVS TABLE

Problem description:
You may receive the following error when creating nickname on a 
MVS table 
ERROR [560BD] [IBM][DB2/AIX64] SQL1822N  Unexpected error code 
"HY014" received from data source "DB233". Associated text and 
tokens are "func="do_prep" msg=" CLI0129E  An attempt to 
allocate a ha". 
 
The full message should be "HY014 CLI0129E An attempt to 
allocate a handle failed because there are no more handles to 
allocate." in the db2diag.log. The reason for the error is that 
CLIs statement handle limit has been exhausted.
