"FLUSH PACKAGE CACHE" STATEMENT CLEANS UP STATIC SQL STATEMENTS BY MISTAKE |

| Problem description: |
The "FLUSH PACKAGE CACHE" statement is designed to remove cached
dynamic SQL statements only, which is stored in DB2 package
cache.
However it unexpectedly removes "static" SQL statements as well.
The problem was introduced in V9.7 Fix Pack 3. |
