Internal rollbacks happen for "connect reset" or
"terminate" are counted through the monitoring element
"TOTAL_APP_ROLLBACKS"

Problem description:
The monitoring element "TOTAL_APP_ROLLBACKS" incorrectly 
increments by 1 due to internal rollback happen for each 
"connect reset" or "terminate" command 
 
The workaround is to check the output from database snapshot 
command
