DB2 - Problem description

IF ACR IS IN EFFECT, CLIENT MAY SEND INTERRUPT TO OLD PRIMARY INSTEAD OF
NEW PRIMARY

Problem description:
If ACR is in affect, and primary becomes standby and stanby 
takes over as new primary, in situations like this, if client 
has to send interrupt to server, instead of sending it to 
current primary, client sends it to old primary. This APAR will 
correct this, make sure client sends the interrupt to new 
primary.
