PERFORMANCE OF A STORED PROCEDURE PROGRESSIVELY DECREASES WHEN RUN MANY TIMES, CAUSING A MEMORY LEAK IN RALLOC SESSION MEMORY |

| Problem description: |
You might observe that a stored procedure, called many times
with different variables, progressively gets slower with each
call.
Apart from the decreased performance, you might also observe an
increase in the session memory's ralloc pool.
After an 'update statistics for procedure', the procedure is
fast but will once again start to progressively get slower. |
