GRACEFUL TAKEOVER FAILED WITH SQL1770N RC 6 WHEN MULTIPLE DATABASE TAKEOVERS WERE DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY |

| Problem description: |
When graceful takeover command is issued on multiple databases
at the same time, it is possible that RC_DUP_TASK_ID will be
returned when trying to spawn an icoord to perform force
application during takeover ; causing the graceful takeover
command to fail with the sqlcode of 1770 with rc 6.

The following messages were observed in the db2diag.log messages
of the standby member where the graceful takeover was attempted
