WINDOWS: ONTAPE UNABLE TO RESTORE IF ONCONFIG ROOTPATH HAS SPACES WHEN
TAKING L0 BACKUP

Problem description:
Using 12.10.FC4W1, when creating a new instance during 
installation, ROOTPATH and Chunks will be created using Long 
File Name (LFN) format by the installer. 
 
Problem first reproduced using 12.10.FC2X5 Win64 
 
Normal operations would work fine until DBA tries to restore an 
ontape Level 0 archive. 
 
When restoring, you would get the following error message at the 
prompt :

At this point, modifying $ONCONFIG ROOTPATH to a short format 
would not help as the ROOTPATH value in the L0 Archive is the 
original LFN format. Rename restore would not work as it still 
compares the ROOTPATH value in Archive against $ONCONFIG 
ROOTPATH.

Local Fix:
Workaround is to modify ROOTPATH in $ONCONFIG to the short name 
format and take a new Level 0 Archive, and use the new Level 0 
Archive to restore
