DB2 - Problem description

DURING THE UPGRADE OF THE DATABASE THE FOLLOWING ERROR MAYBE SEEN SQL0206N

Problem description:
This could be caused by the database having inconsistencies in 
the statistics between the tables and its indexes. This 
inconsistency then causes the upgrade of the database to fail, 
and stops the upgrade process.

Local Fix:
It is recommended to restore the database on the original DB2 
Level, then run a fresh runstats on both the tables and indexes 
(using the AND INDEXES ALL clause). It is recommended to do this 
on all tables within the database.
