Database upgrade fails : (a) if upgrading to DB2 V10.1 FP2 and above db2 upgrade database <dbname> SQL0204N "SYSDEBUG" is an undefined name. SQLSTATE=42704 (b) if upgrading to DB2 V10.1 FP3 and above db2 upgrade database <dbname> SQL0204N "SYSDEBUGPRIVATE" is an undefined name. SQLSTATE=42704 Messages similar to following might be visible in db2diag.log.
