DB2 - Problem description

DB2TOP MIGHT SEGV IF USER RESIZES WINDOW WHILE DB2TOP IS EXECUTING A
'CURSES' ROUTINE

Problem description:
The program db2top is using 'curses' for handling it's display. 
If the user changes the size of the 
db2top window while db2top is within one of the curses functions 
this might end up with SEGV. 
The chances of hitting this are very small because it's very 
unlikely to catch the resize while 
executing some of the curses functions. 
 
If that happens various stack could be seen but you should see a 
function 'interrupt' being 
called from a curses function. Below is a stack example:
