DB2 - Problem description

Problem fixed via IT00786 can still occur for other routine types.

Problem description:
IT00786 fixed an issue in which unnecessary db2diag.log entries 
were being generated due to db2fmp processes being interrupted 
unncessarily in a DPF environment.  However even with the fix to 
that APAR some routine types were not accounted for which could 
still lead to a similar set of errors. 
 
As an example the following messages might be seen in the 
db2diag.log in a DPF environment:
