| Problem description: |
DB2 .Net connection application using Runtime client driver
(thick client) was taking more time to connect to the databases
catalogged
on remote LDAP servers as compared to CLI and CLP. This happens
only when
there are huge number of databases catalogged on a remote LDAP
server. |

Catalog the database locally, if possible. |
