QUERY RETURNS WRONG RESULTS IF STATEMENT CACHE IS ENABLED AND QUERY
CONTAINS SUBSTR FUNCTION AND GROUP BY

INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description:
The following query returns 12 rows, if statement cache is 
disabled and 2401, 2375, 2456, ... rows if statement cache is 
enabled: 
 
select substr(c1,1,3), 
 substr(c2,1,3), 
 substr(c3,1,3), 
 substr(c4,1,3)--, 
-- count(*) 
 from test_substr_lvp 
group by 1,2,3,4 
order by 1 
 
If I remove the group by, it returns 12 rows with/without 
statement cache enabled.
