DB2 MAY RETURN SQL901 ERROR OR TERMINATE ABNORMALLY DUE TO IMPROPER
HANDLING OF ARRAY INSERT IN DPF ENVIRONMENT

Problem description:
In some rare situation, DB2 may return SQL901 error with message 
"BQS Sequencing Error" or terminate abnormally due to improper 
handling of array insert in DPF environment.
