DB2 MAY LEAK FILE HANDLES WHEN RETRIEVING AN ARCHIVE LOG |

| Problem description: |
When DB2 retrieves an archive log file, it tries to create a
temporary file. This file should be deleted immediately, but if
it remains for some reason, it will cause SQLO_FREV error and
leak a file handle.
Here is the db2diag.log example:
