CRASH IN SQEWLPRIORITYSCHEDQUEUE |

| Problem description: |
The problem is caused by the earlier FCMCTL heap error. The
error will lead to a null pointer situation
due to incorrect cleanup steps. So the next time when database
is activated it will hit the trap due
to the null pointer.
The db2diag.log messages related FCMCTL will look similar to
following :
