CREATING A DATABASE WITH NAME TCP FAILS WITH SQL0104 IN DB2 CLP V10.5

Problem description:
Creating a database named TCP fails with error SQL0104N. This is 
because DB2 CLP treats TCP as a reserverd word as of V10.5.
