| Problem description: |
Unexpected SQL1289W warning and missing data while retrieving a
substring from a CLOB field
in a UTF-8 database using SUBSTRING(x, y, z, CODEUNITS32). The
issue may occur if substring is used to extract data at the end
of data length and clob data length is larger than 32K. |
